Ms. Tan Guat Ngoh (“Ms. Tan”) joined PHH in April 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for PHH’s overall financial and capital resources management as well as Information and Communications Technology functions. Ms. Tan possesses over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, and accounting derived from working in a Big Four public-accounting firm in Singapore, and both public-listed and private companies across various industries including energy utility, real estate, and healthcare. Ms. Tan is a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
