1) To be polite, friendly, very respectful and helpful with alertness to usher the customers and doctors.
2) Provide Que Management System to assist convenience of the patient.
3) To assist Front Office officers in providing customer care and cleanliness of the department.
4) Assist OPD and IPD cashiers to collect the doctor fees charge form, other documentation and stationary as if necessary.
5) Responsible to pay the doctor fees payment to respective doctors that the cashiers are prepared the cash write down the cash note on envelope and doctor fees settlement report.
6) Any customer complaints or abnormal things happens straightly report to FO manager or officers.
