At Pun Hlaing Hospitals, we believe that a strong culture isn’t something that’s built overnight; it’s nurtured by the people who live it every day. That’s why we launched the Culture Champion Workshop, a two-day immersive experience designed to equip our most dedicated employees with the skills, mindset, and tools to carry our values forward.
This special program brought together 14 of our PHH 7 Stars Champions, outstanding team members recognized over the past two years for their exceptional commitment. These individuals stepped into a new role, not just as high performers, but as Culture Champions tasked with leading positive change across the organization.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored the “X” Model of Employee Engagement, reflecting on what it means to feel fulfilled at work and how to bring others along that journey. They also delved into the Kepner-Tregoe model, developing real-world action plans to tackle cultural challenges with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
They created avatars that reflected their strengths, shared stories, asked difficult questions, and together, shaped a shared vision of what it truly means to embody PHH’s mission, vision, and values. They laughed, reflected, learned, and most of all, they led.
This isn’t the end of a training. It’s the beginning of a ripple effect, a Culture Champion movement, built from within, grounded in emotional intelligence, leadership, adaptability, and care.
Because at Pun Hlaing, we don’t just want employees to follow our culture. We want them to own it, shape it, and share it.
Here’s to our Culture Champions, the quiet leaders who inspire trust, elevate teams, and make our purpose real every single day.
