PositionProgram Head (Telehealth operations & Wellness platform development)
Responsibility- Works closely with the COO,GM Business Development and Interim CTO in the development, growth, and sustainability of Emerging Health (EH) Telehealth Program. -Responsible for engagement with clinical stakeholders and incorporation of workflows in standard work. - In concert with administrators and physicians continuously refine and improve telehealth operational approaches that reflect and anticipate changes in technology and healthcare delivery systems. - Provides planning, direction, leadership and advanced expertise in the operation of call centre and Telehealth services. - Formulates, develops and oversees the implementation of all new services. - Working closely with each PIC of EH core team throughout EH Health, fosters and supports the creation of new Telehealth programs and products. - Serves as EH’s primary point of contact for clinical projects, manages telehealth coordinators and workforce planning needs to keep pace with a rapidly expanding program. - Works closely with Head of Sales and team to market and successfully sell program and services to existing and potential partners - Work closely with Branding and Communications team to develop marketing strategy and deliver to the target audience - Monitor and evaluate consumer and internal clinician experience related to patient experience. - Lead the development of key metrics to track and report performance outcomes. - Excellent communicator, able to work in a complex matrix environment communicating with senior leaders from operations, finance, ICT, Talent Management, to front line staff. - Develops a working knowledge of local and regional healthcare providers and organizations. - Maintains professional affiliations and is expected to pursue independent study as well as formalized training to enhance professional growth and development to keep current on telehealth industry trends and legislation - Local and regional travel may be required infrequently - Figure out the best programs and events to offer the partners and consumers that will improve their health and wellness. - Lead business development and service delivering of Mental Wellness to the general and corporate clients - Organize corporate webinars - Any other new business development projects assigned by the organization.
Education- Minimum M.B.BS, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related healthcare field is required. - Preferred Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration. - Fluent English skill. - Work Experience Minimum three years of professional experience with telehealth, or five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare related information technology industry. - Preferred Demonstrated success in progressive supervisory or managerial positions and Healthcare related clinical experience.
